Summary of Benefits
The Summary of Benefits conveys the primary features of your SummaCare Secure plan. Please note, however, that it doesn’t list every service that we cover or list every limitation or exclusion. For a complete list of our benefits, refer to our Evidence of Coverage documents.
Use the Summary of Benefits to compare SummaCare with the Original Medicare. The charts in this booklet list some important health benefits. For each benefit, you can compare our plan with Original Medicare coverage. You’ll discover that our members receive all of the benefits that Original Medicare plan offers, plus more!
